Primo beef fillet infused with roasted garlic and fresh picked rosemary, sealed and slow cooked to perfection! Finished with rich red wine roast gravy and Yorkshire pudding.

TACKLE THE CRACKLE

Caraway rubbed pork belly 12 hour slow cooked then hit at 250 degrees to get that crackle just right! For that extra hit finished with apple cider jus. (Be careful it is addictive!)

STRAIGHT OUTTA THYME!

Country style half chicken roasted with thyme, paprika and butter! A generous ladle of mushroom gravy tops it off. Tender, juicy, tasty, enough said.
