Where is the Food Truck located?

While our home base is the beautiful Redlands Coast, we can operate anywhere in our great SE QLD. We have a surcharge amount relative to travel and fuel, based on your location:

• Zone 1 (Redlands) – No travel charge.
• Zone 2 (All other areas) – Cost on application.

How long can the Food Truck be booked for?

Depending on your event and our availability, we are open for business 24/7, 365. We can cook for you every day if you wish. 😊

Is there a minimum charge?

Please note there is a minimum trading revenue threshold of $1,700 inc GST for any event we attend. This is to cover our initial attendance, set up and trading costs associated with an Event. Should this threshold not be reached, then the Event organiser agrees to reimburse the difference in revenue to the specified amount of $1,700 inc GST.

What is the size of the Food Truck?

7 meters in length, 3.2 meters in height and 2.4 meters wide (plus approx. 2 meters serving area). Also please keep in mind that we require space to maneuver the Food Truck into a spot.

Does the Food Truck need power & water?

Ideally, we would like to run silently on Power (4 x15 AMP), however we can run our own generators and be self sufficient in an open air or well-ventilated area.

We have fresh and grey water tanks and do not require water access.

What restrictions does my Event need to have due to COVID 19?

We adhere to all State and Territory Government information for the latest responses to the coronavirus pandemic. You can also check restrictions in all states and territories using the COVID-19 Restriction Checker. Remember to practice social distancing whenever possible for gatherings in public and your home. So, don’t try to squeeze too many people into your home for that party or celebration. Consider getting together in a park instead where people can spread out more.

If you do want to have an event at your home, remember the following:

Wherever possible keep at least 1.5 metres away from other people (two big steps).

Wash your hands regularly with soap and water or use alcohol-based sanitiser.

Avoid hugs, kisses and handshakes.

Is the Food Truck COVID safe?

Yes, we practice all Health and Safety Procedures and Regulations.

Can I request the Food Truck to sell food at our Event/Expo?
