I don’t know which Food Truck to pick for our Event.

Where is the Food Truck located?
While our home base is the beautiful Redlands Coast, we can operate anywhere in our great SE QLD. We have a surcharge amount relative to travel and fuel, based on your location:
- Zone 1 (Redlands) – No travel charge.
- Zone 2 (CBD Brisbane) – $100 and a minimum of 60 guests.
- Zone 3 (Greater Brisbane and North Brisbane) – $150 and a minimum of 60 guests.
- Zone 4 (GC / SC / Ipswich) – Cost on application and minimum of 100 guests.
How long can the Food Truck be booked for?
Depending on your event and our availability, we are open for business 24/7, 365. We can cook for you every day if you wish. 😊
Is there a minimum charge?
Please note there is a minimum trading revenue threshold of $1,650 inc GST for any event we attend. This is to cover our initial attendance, set up and trading costs associated with an Event. Should this threshold not be reached, then the Event organiser agrees to reimburse the difference in revenue to the specified amount of $1,650 inc GST.
What is the size of the Food Truck?
7 meters in length, 3.2 meters in height and 2.4 meters wide (plus approx. 2 meters serving area). Also please keep in mind that we require space to maneuver the Food Truck into a spot.
Does the Food Truck need power & water?
Ideally, we would like to run silently on Power (4 x15 AMP), however we can run our own generators and be self sufficient in an open air or well-ventilated area.
We have fresh and grey water tanks and do not require water access.
